How I use AI in client work
My approach balances human judgment, empathy, and research with current tools and methods. I use AI and emerging technologies to expand exploration, accelerate production, and improve efficiency. These tools support the process — they do not replace critical thinking, user insight, or thoughtful design decisions.
A recent example: for La Plata County’s Department of Emergency Management, I used generative imaging to simulate wildfire and flood damage on real local properties — giving assessment teams realistic training material that would be impossible to photograph.
